Automated Filling Lines Since 2025
Separate lines for 250ml/500ml/1L/2L/5L/10L square bottles and 20L jars, each with automated cap-sealing and batch coding.
In-House Testing Lab
Every batch is tested on-site for TDS, pH, turbidity and microbial safety before dispatch.
Jar Sanitisation Unit
Returned 20L jars go through a dedicated wash, hot-rinse and UV sanitisation cycle before every refill.
Climate-Controlled Storage
Finished stock is stored indoors, off the floor, and shielded from direct sunlight until dispatch.
Dispatch & Loading Bay
Covered loading bay so stock never sits exposed, even during the monsoon.
Daily Hygiene Audits
Documented cleaning and hygiene checklists signed off by the shift supervisor every day.
